- the beginnings of peace and being more grounded
- sadness regarding your children’s grief about the divorce, which is now in full force
- that you should have fought harder for what you wanted in the divorce or other regrets
- lonely and missing your family life

- relieved that you have time to yourself while the kids are with the other parent
- that you are rediscovering who you are
- excited to date – or scared to date – and unsure of what to do
- unsure of how to handle dating – or your spouse’s dating – and the kids
- overwhelmed with single parenting
- continuing to experience challenges with your ex
- overwhelm about your future career and finances
