Moving On After Divorce

Some of the things you may be feeling:

  • excited to date – or scared to date – and unsure of what to do
  • unsure of how to handle dating – or your spouse’s dating – and the kids
  • overwhelmed with single parenting
  • continuing to experience challenges with your ex
  • overwhelm about your future career and finances
  • that you are a survivor, that you are strong, and that you are free
