Lisa Hall’s Expertise in Divorce

Lisa has extensive experience working with individuals, couples, co parents, and families facing separation and divorce. She offers a safe and supportive space to:

  • Process aspects of grief and loss that are part of the separation and divorce process like shock, denial, anger, sadness, and guilt.
  • Develop healthy ways of coping to manage stress and anxiety on a daily basis while managing work, family life, and the legal stress sometimes involved in this process.
  • Communicate effectively with your soon-to-be ex-spouse, especially regarding co-parenting, and other professionals who may be involved, like lawyers or mediators.
  • Adjust to significant changes brought on by divorce, such as challenges in your support system, family, and distress levels, as well as coping with the fear of the unknown.  Aspects of life vision, changes in work status, and developing plans for how to get through the divorce process are all areas that will also be assessed and supported.
  • Assist and support your children through this process.
