- Post-Divorce Recovery Group: Moving on after divorce takes time, strength, self care and goal setting. This group helps individuals process their emotions, rebuild their lives, and adjust to a “new normal” while also getting inspired about this next phase of life.
- Co-Parenting Groups: Learn effective communication strategies and co-parenting techniques to ensure the well-being of your children after divorce.
